Agreement

By creating an account or using Get To The Chorus, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

Your songs and content

You retain ownership of the lyrics, recordings, notes, and other content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to content you upload.

Co-writing, rights, and educational material

The Toolbox and other educational resources are general information, not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Get To The Chorus does not determine ownership, copyright, publishing, royalty, or co-writer shares. Confirm important decisions with your collaborators and qualified professionals.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Violate laws, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, or contractual obligations.
• Upload malware or attempt to bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, or security systems.
• Harass others, impersonate another person, or submit unlawful or abusive material.
• Interfere with the service or use automated means that impose an unreasonable burden.

Third-party services and referral links

Links to PROs, distributors, AI tools, video platforms, and other third parties are provided for convenience. Their services are governed by their own terms and policies. Some links are affiliate referrals. In particular, eligible users who join DistroKid through our referral link receive 7% off, and Get To The Chorus earns $10 for each qualifying signup.

Beta service, availability, and backups

The service may include beta functionality and may change, experience interruptions, or contain errors. Keep independent backups of important creative work. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Giant Juniper LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or creative work arising from use of the service.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion through Support. We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
